RS92 Correction and Analysis Services
I'm an independent consultant with expertise in scientific data analysis and interpretation. One area of specialized expertise is with Vaisala RS92 radiosonde measurements, whose accuracy I've spent years studying and working to improve (see "RS92 Correction Method" for details). Corrected RS92 RH measurements have mostly had application to remote sensor validation campaigns and other research areas where "state-of-the-art" accuracy is important, especially in the upper troposphere where radiosonde accuracy is generally poor. Information and IDL code that supplements published results in Miloshevich et al. [2009, 2004] is given elsewhere on this site, allowing anyone to develop their own correction algorithm for their own specific data characteristics. However, there are several reasons why I can correct RS92 RH measurements faster, better, and cheaper.

Basic Correction Service
For all RS92 data files provided, a corrected data file in a standard format is produced, as well as an RH or mixing ratio profile plot showing the original and corrected data. Documentation is provided in the form of a "Readme" file that summarizes the applied corrections and the contents of the output files, and feedback is given on any general issues noted when the data are processed and inspected. A password-protected ftp site is available for data transfers.
